Question: what is you favourite dissection?

Sadly I have never dissected anything as dissections are conducted mainly by those who study anatomy or zoology (study of animals). As a Biochemist I primarily work with cells and the different parts of cells. However, If i was given the chance to dissect something I would really like to dissect the human brain.
